Each piece of Harmonia Nine jewellery is made by hand and needs to be treated with care. Please store your earrings in a safe place, such as an earring stand or a cloth bag, free from heat, moisture and liquids. 

Our pieces are typically made with polymer clay, pearls and / or beads and semi precious stones. Earring posts or hooks are surgical steel. 

Polymer clay is a durable type of plastic and can be flexible but can also break if handled roughly or bent. The surface can also be scratched, scuffed or damaged if stored improperly (say at the bottom of a purse or bag? No judging here, I’ve ruined many earrings this way!)

Your jewellery will generally be easy to clean. A damp cloth or baby wipe will usually be all you need to make your Harmonia Nine piece look like new. A q-tip or makeup remover with a little bit of rubbing alcohol will remove makeup from your jewellery if a damp cloth doesn’t work.

Please be careful when putting on and removing your jewellery. Try not to wear your Harmonia Nine pieces while swimming or in the shower. Make sure that they’re kept away from any perfume you’re wearing or chemicals (like certain face treatments) and remove and store safely before sleeping.

SHIPPING TIMES
Please allow 2-4 business days processing time for your order to be packed and shipped, unless stated otherwise in the item description.
There are still some delays with postal services both domestically and worldwide due to Covid. Unfortunately we cannot provide accurate delivery times once your package has been mailed.
If an item is made to order the description will state a more accurate processing time.

ALL ORDERS ARE TRACKED
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel has been mailed. All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking.

I’VE PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS 
Please advise within 24 hours of purchase if your shipping address is wrong (no DM’s as they can be easily missed) with your details and order number so it can be changed before mailing as we’re unable to alter this once shipped.

I’VE MADE MORE THAN ONE ORDER TO THE SAME ADDRESS
If you’re making multiple purchases at once, please email (no DM’s as they can be easily missed) within 24 hours of purchase with your details and order numbers so that these can be combined and any refund needed can be processed. Unfortunately, nothing can be altered after mailing. 

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER
If you email to cancel an order (no DM’s as they can be easily missed) within 24 hours of purchase a refund can be issued. Please include your details and order number.

I WANT TO RETURN MY ORDER
We don’t accept jewellery returns for health reasons but if your jewellery has been damaged please get in touch as soon as you receive it. In some cases an Australia Post claim may need to be made but this is all done on a case by case basis. Please include your details and order number.
